Dr. Mitch Hoopes
Dr. Hoopes graduated from the Oklahoma College of Dentistry in June of 2011, completed the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program in June of 2012 and is a member of the American Dental Association. Dr. Hoopes’ passion for dentistry began at home with his father, a successful dentist in his hometown of Muskogee, OK. He uses his dental education and knowledge of new technologies to provide patients with up-to-date high quality dental care that will improve their smile and health. Dr. Hoopes feels that “if you want to accomplish something, teamwork is really vital for success, if you work with each other, you can accomplish a lot.`` The same philosophy applies to dental, and “the end result can be the best possible treatment and experience for the patient.`` Dr Hoopes is a fan of his alma matter football team the University of Oklahoma Sooners and a fan of the Oklahoma City Thunder professional basketball team. Additionally, Dr. Hoopes enjoys golfing, biking, fishing, traveling, movies, and spending time with friends and family.
Ron Fernandez
Ron has over two decades of dental industry experience. While working specifically with medical and dental professionals, he helped doctors build a vision for their practices that employed strategies to aid them in accomplishing their goals. Focusing on business planning, site selection, office design, clinical efficiencies, new technology introduction, and process implementation, he was able to help practitioners renew their passion for their respected industry while helping them build the business of their dreams. With degrees in Finance and Business Management, coupled with his expertise and industry knowledge, Ron has helped create a platform that offers unlimited potential for partnering doctors and practices.
Alan Souter
Alan has degrees in law, economics, finance, and international business. His duties include legal compliance, risk management, reviewing contracts and leases, licensing, financial forecasting and budgets, overseeing the preparation of financial reporting, advising on long-term business and financial planning, and reviewing all formal finance, HR, & IT-related procedures. Before joining Buccal Up Dental, he assisted health care clinics with the general counsel and financial functions of their businesses, and handled client’s legal issues in health care, compliance, real estate, contracts and leases.
